GRANT OF LICENSE
MPSOFTWARE grants to you a personal, non-exclusive license to make and use copies of the software and install such software on any number of your computers for all kind of use.
SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE/UPDATES.
MPSOFTWARE is not obligated to provide maintenance, technical support or updates to you for the software. However, MPSOFTWARE may, in its sole discretion, provide technical support, updates and/or supplements of the software and/or related information to you hereunder, in which case such updates shall also be deemed to be included in the software and therefore governed by this LICENSE AGREEMENT.
DISTRIBUTION
This software may be freely distributed as long as MPSOFTWARE is aware of it and provided that:
1. Such distribution includes only the original archive supplied by MPSOFTWARE. You may not alter, delete or add any files in the distribution archive.
2. No money is charged to the person receiving the software, beyond reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead.
